How the Program Works

The Bold Asking® program is customized for each client. We collaborate with you and guide to develop the training program that best suits your institution’s needs and the fundraising experiences of your board, CEO and staff. For Board Members, Executive Leaders and Physicians (for our health care clients):
The Bold Asking® training program explores board members, leaders and physicians gratitude, meaningful experiences, values and leadership roles in the organization’s philanthropy. Workshops, small group training and one-on-one coaching are designed to enhance the participants’ comfort, confidence, proficiency and, ultimately, their partnership in major gift fundraising and transformational philanthropy.   Are your board and executive team ready to lead? For Development Staff:
The Bold Asking® program focuses on skills and competency development, portfolio management and pipeline development, steps to donor engagement and donor conversations at various levels, specifics on closing gifts and building effective partnerships in donor engagement with leadership, volunteers and board members.
